Part 3: Reservation & Event Policy

Preface Wine hosts tastings, classes, and special events. This policy explains how reservations and event tickets work, including our cancellation and refund terms. By reserving or purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms below.

Paid Event Tickets Are Non-Refundable

All payments for ticketed events, tastings, and classes are final and non-refundable. Once you purchase a ticket or pay a reservation fee for an event, that payment cannot be refunded, including if you are unable to attend or do not show up. This non-refundable policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation by the guest.

Rescheduling and Transfers

While paid tickets are non-refundable, we understand plans change. As a courtesy and at our sole discretion, we may allow you to:

• Transfer your ticket to another person, provided that person meets all eligibility requirements (including being 21 or older).
• Apply the value of your ticket toward a future event, if you notify us at least 48 hours before the event.

Courtesy rescheduling or transfers are not guaranteed and may be subject to availability.

Events Cancelled or Rescheduled by Us

If we cancel an event, you will be offered a full refund of the ticket price or the option to apply it to a future event. If we reschedule an event, your ticket will be honored for the new date; if you cannot attend the new date, you may request a credit toward a future event.

Age Requirement

All guests attending wine tastings, classes, and events involving alcohol must be 21 years of age or older. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at the door. Guests who cannot provide valid ID will not be admitted and will not receive a refund.

Arrival and Late Seating

Please arrive on time. Tastings and classes often begin promptly, and late arrivals may miss part of the experience. We cannot offer refunds or credits for late arrival or partial attendance.

Responsible Service

We serve alcohol responsibly and in compliance with Florida law. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or who behaves in a manner that is unsafe or disruptive, without refund.

Private Events and Group Reservations

Private events, buyouts, and large group reservations may be subject to separate deposit, minimum-spend, and cancellation terms, which will be provided to you at the time of booking. Deposits for private events are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your booking agreement.
