The Beginning
Preface is a wine store by day and a wine bar by night, in Delray Beach. We buy what we'd want to drink — bottles from famous estates and from small producers nobody's heard of yet — and we're happy to tell you why we picked each one. Every wine here has a story, and the story is usually the best part.
Nothing too fancy. Browse the shelf, take a bottle home, or have us open it here. Sit as long as you like. We're always pouring tasting flights to help you find your next bottle.
We host events worth coming in for, and our wine club is a way to learn a little about wine while sharing it with great people. A small room, good conversation, and a few people who love this as much as we do.

A dry, high-acid Côtes de Provence rosé from Domaine de l'Abbaye, pale and crisp. The 2023 blend of Syrah, Cinsault, Rolle and Grenache opens on white-flower aromatics, then peach, melon and red-berry fruit, grapefruit and lemon for freshness, and a light saline-mineral edge.

An expressive, saline white, all Albariño, from higher-altitude vineyards in O Rosal, Rías Baixas: white peach, apricot, apple, citrus, and pineapple above herbal and mineral notes, with a lively, creamy-textured palate and a long, refreshing finish.
